Any ordered item can be returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Our customer care policy does not allow for exchanging purchased items with other items from our store.
Please keep in mind that we only accept returns of purchased items if they show no traces of exploitation and there is no damage to packaging and labels.

Refunds (if applicable)
Before a refund is issued, we need to make sure the returned item still has a marketable condition. As soon as we complete examination of a returned order, you will be notified of the results. If the returned item does not have the traces of being in use, your money will be refunded to the credit card or payment account you used for the purchase.
Exchanges (How can I change received item?)
We do not allow for exchange in our online store. In case a purchased item does not fit you for some reason and you consider an exchange, you will need to follow the return procedure and then place a new order.

If a purchased item does not fit you and you want to issue a return, you will have to cover the shipping fee on your own. In case the shipping fee was not paid by you, we keep the right to withhold a corresponding amount of money from your refund payment to cover the cost of shipping.
